Advanced Document Management

For greater flexibility and easy retrieval, Advanced Document Management offers two more indexing options:

Content Indexing captures machine typed text from scanned images and .txt and .doc file types, making it easier for users to locate data.

With Deferred Indexing documents can be captured without indexing. They are captured as a batch with a name, and can be assigned to a user for future indexing.
