No. Dynamics 365 Sales implemented using the Primed! implementation approach is only available in the cloud.

No changes can be made to the core Dynamics 365 Sales application using the Primed! implementation approach. However, there are essential customisations such as Targeted Account & Contact Segmentation, Tailored Lead-to-Opportunity Workflows, and Comprehensive Sales Activity Management which make the solution really your own.

Additional functionality can be added during the initial implementation through our Primed! Extra Packs, which include Products, Price Lists & Quotes, Competitor Tracking, Business Central Integration Setup, Sales Agents and KPIs & Reporting.

Once you’ve been live for a little while and fully understand how Dynamics 365 Sales

is working for your business, you can kick off a Phase 2 implementation to further extend and customise the solution for your unique requirements.

Starting simple allows the business to truely appreciate what you need moving forward and allows people to be brought in for the long term with a path of improvement.

Your standard Primed! for Dynamics 365 Sales project will be fully implemented and operational within just three months. Any Extra Packs you choose to include may extend the overall timeline, but even with all available packs added, the implementation would increase by no more than four additional weeks.

If Primed! for Dynamics 365 Sales does not meet your needs, we also provide alternative implementation approaches, generally suited for organisations with more complex business processes and requirements. Please contact us to discuss and determine the most appropriate solution for your business.

With Primed! for Dynamics 365 Sales, your implementation cost covers everything you need to get started, system setup, key configurations like account and contact segmentation, tailored sales workflows, and activity tracking. You’ll get help importing your master data, remote training, and support all the way to go-live. If you want extra features like quoting, competitor tracking, KPI dashboards, sales agents or Business Central integration, these can be added right from the start as Extra Packs, each with their own configuration and training.

The project runs in weekly milestones, and both your team and the Primed! experts work together to keep things smooth and on schedule.

There is an optional Primed! Extra Pack which allows you to configure the standard integration functionality between Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Business Central, for a single company.

We will enable the standard table and field mappings available only in the Primed! implementation. This includes tables, such as Accounts/Customers and Contacts.

Yes. We will train you on how to utilise the standard Copilot functionality inside of Dynamics 365 Sales as part of the implementation. It will be a mixture of consultancy and training.

You will need active Microsoft 365 (previously known as Office 365) subscriptions for all users.

You will also need reliable broadband connectivity as required with any other cloud based software.

Dynamics 365 Sales user minimum is 1 and there is no maximum.

However the Primed! implementation approach is designed for 5 - 15 users.

Dynamics 365 Sales is licensed on a per named user, per month basis. Most people sign up for a minimum contract period of 12 months (other subscription periods are available).

Once the contract period comes to an end, you can choose not to renew the subscription. There is also an option to pay for Dynamics 365 Sales monthly with no contract period. However, this typically costs an additional 20% extra.

Please note: Once you cancel a subscription to Dynamics 365 Sales, you will lose all access to software and ongoing access to your data.

You can add Dynamics 365 Sales Licenses at any time. You can only remove Dynamics 365 Sales licenses at the end of your contract period.

Primed! for Dynamics 365 Sales is paid in 3 instalment over the 3 month implementation. If you were to take all additional packs and the project extends out to 4 months, then there will be 4 payments.

The first payment is due before the implementation project starts.
