Now in its 8th year of operation, we are recruiting for Dynamics Support Consultants, Dynamics Implementation Consultants, Dynamics Developers, Project Managers and Account Managers to support our customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing & Customer Service (aka Dynamics CRM) and the Microsoft Power Platform.
We’re looking for people with relevant business experience or a degree, ideally in Business Management or Information Technology.
You might be working in finance, manufacturing or distribution and have some experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM or the Power Platform as an end user and want to develop further. Or you could be working in a related IT sector and want to get into the world of Microsoft Dynamics. Alternatively, you’ve got a relevant degree and few years business experience under your belt.
But whatever applicable experience and/or qualifications you bring, with the right attitude and focus you’ll find our Academy Programme is the perfect stepping stone to a career with Tecman.

Not everyone finally ends up in the role that they initially anticipated.
Dynamics Implementation Consultants
You’ll run customer workshops to understand how each area of the business functions and wants to improve. You’ll document those requirements and identify where Dynamics 365 needs to be customised to fit unique business needs. You’ll be involved in migrating the data over from their existing systems as well as solution testing and end user training to ultimately support a seamless and successful “Go Live” to Dynamics 365.
Whilst this is a more technical role, it’s also one where you should also enjoy deciphering the business requirement and working as part of a team to meet the required customer timescales.
Responsible for the delivery of customer projects to ensure they are completed on time and to budget, you’ll need to able create & maintain project plans, schedule resources based on skills sets and project dependencies and ensure adherence to project processes. You’ll also need to be a great communicator – with both your colleagues and your customers – and have a knack for resolving conflicts and issues.
It’s all about building long term relationships with the key people at each customer to ensure everyone is kept up-to-date and getting to know the customer’s business so opportunities for improvements and contract expansions can be identified.
One of the first takers of the programme way back in 2013, Alex has been there and done that. He’s now the Dynamics Support Team Leader! Alex is responsible for helping to manage the biggest team in the company who take an average of 1,000 calls per month from our 300+ customers.
Having joined us in 2017, Fran was originally planning to be a Dynamics Implementation Consultant but made the switch to Project Management. Having successfully managed a whole host of customer projects and passed her Prince 2 Practitioner exam, she’s now the Project Manager Team Leader.
Meg joined as a Dynamics Support Consultant but made the move to become a Dynamics Trainer as that team grew and expanded. She now trains end users in all things Dynamics – in person and online – and produces regular video content for our Online Training Platform and YouTube channel. She’s also delivered training to the latest intake of recruits on the Academy Programme.
With a few years’ related IT support/business experience and a degree under his belt, Connor was looking for a new career not just another new job. He joined the Academy Programme last year and is now working as a Dynamics Implementation Consultant. Connor is already making an impact on a variety of customer projects – and getting great customer feedback to boot.
After a few years working, Lourens went back to university to study Computer Networking as a mature student and joined the Academy Programme in 2014. He is now a Dynamics Lead Developer managing a team to deliver new functionality for both new and existing customers.
