      Once you’re fully qualified and settled into your new role, everyone has the option to work partly from home. We’ll get you set up with your own home office kit including a screen, keyboard and mouse so you can work comfortably in the office and at home. Plus, we also offer flexible working hours where possible to help work around your needs.

      We work in a converted church providing a mix of seating and standing desks, a cycling desk and a walking desk to help you get your steps in. When you need a break from your desk we’ve got sofas, break-out spaces, pool table, darts, an Xbox plus a massage chair to help you unwind. Don’t forget we also have free, secure, gated onsite parking meaning the days of worrying about where to park (and the cost) are behind you.

      We offer both a Cycle to Work and an Electric Car scheme to all employees to help you towards a greener, and cheaper, commute.

      We have EV charging points right on our Tecman car park leaving you recharged for your journey home.

      Bonus Holidays

      Take some time to recoup and recharge with paid annual leave. Get 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays for you to do with as you wish (as long as it doesn’t involve your whole team going on leave all at the same time!). On top of that, every 6 months with no sick leave, you get an extra day's holiday.
