Our Business Central helpdesk is open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm.

And don’t forget, our customer support portal gives you 24/7 access to a bank of information to answer your question or help you troubleshoot your problem outside of our regular helpdesk hours.

You can also log support tickets on the portal day or night for the team to pick up and review as soon as our helpdesk reopens.
