What You Need to Know About the Business Central November 2025 Price Increase
Reading time: 2 - 3 minutes
Heads-up! Back in May, Microsoft announced a price rise for Business Central, kicking in this November. It’s the first time prices have changed in over five years, so while it’s not the best news, it does reflect all the extra features and improvements you’ve been getting.
Business Central is packed with more tools than ever, from real-time financial reporting to Copilot’s clever insights, making life a lot easier for manufacturers and distributors. And good news – your licence now comes with up to 66% more storage, so you’ve got extra room to grow without paying more.
What’s changing?
Increase effective date: November 1st, 2025 or at your next renewal.
Storage boost: More space included with your licence tier.
New prices:
Monthly contract/pay monthly | Annual contract/pay monthly | Annual contract/pay annually upfront | |
Dynamics 365 Business Central Premium | £101.52 | £88.83 | 1015.20 |
Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials | £73.80 | £64.58 | £738.00 |
Dynamics 365 Business Central Device | £41.52 | £36.33 | £415.20 |
Please note:
- All prices are subscription based and priced per named user, per month.
- Dynamics 365 Business Central Teams pricing is unaffected.
- On either of the annual contracts, whilst the price is lowered the longer the contract length, you can’t remove users, only add them. On a monthly contract, whilst you pay a little more you have full flexibility to add or remove users as needed.
- You can have a mix of licences on different contract lengths to give you the right balance of lower prices and flexibility to suit!
