Everybody here at Tecman would like to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in advance!

We just wanted to let you know that we won’t leave the phone ringing unlike other Microsoft Dynamics partners who will spend Christmas watching Elf for the tenth time.

Our Christmas 2018 opening hours

Our support help desk for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Technical and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement will continue to operate up to 6:00pm on Monday 24th December.

• We’re closed for Christmas Day and Boxing Day
• We resume as normal from 8:00am on Thursday 27th December until 6:00pm on Monday 31st December
• We’re closed for New Year’s Day
• We all return to kick-off 2019 on Wednesday 2nd January

Please note that the remainder of our staff will break-up on Monday 24th December and will not return until Wednesday 2nd January.

We won’t leave you in the dark during winter

At the turn of the New Year, be on the lookout for your 2019 Technology Management mouse mat, complete with a new calendar. You will more than likely want to circle Monday 1st April 2019, as this is when we all need to be compliant with the hot topic Making Tax Digital!

In January and February, we’ll be running dedicated Making Tax Digital courses which will cover how to submit VAT returns digitally in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central which are available via an Online Webinar or Classroom training. Let’s not tar 2019 with a paintbrush of tax returns though! Dynamics 365 Business Central is here for us all to see. The new, slick, beautiful interface is guiding us into the future and it’s never been more exciting to be involved in the Microsoft Dynamics world.
