Tecman invests in team growth to strengthen support to Irish customers

For the second time in a few short weeks, we’ve grown our team on the island of Ireland to strengthen the service and support we deliver for Irish manufacturers and distributors.

For the second time in a few short weeks, we’ve grown our team on the island of Ireland to strengthen the service and support we deliver for Irish manufacturers and distributors. 

We’re very pleased to have welcomed Shauna Langley to the Tecman team. Shauna brings almost two decades of consulting experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 space – and having been an end-user herself, she knows how to get the very best out of Dynamics 365 Business Central for our customers. 

Importantly, Shauna’s career history is also heavily focused on manufacturing; with experience in food production, medical manufacturing, engineering and even seed processing, Shauna’s wide-ranging knowledge makes her an asset to the Tecman team – and to our customers across Ireland. 

News of this expansion comes just one month after we announced Tony Brown as our new Regional Lead for Ireland, highlighting our commitment to providing Irish customers with industry-focused service and support that can deliver measurable impact to their manufacturing and distribution businesses. 

As Presales and Product Advocate, Shauna will play a vital role in shaping Dynamics 365 projects for new Tecman customers. She’ll be helping manufacturers and distributors uncover the true value of Business Central and CRM, from enhancing efficiency to boosting bottom lines.  

Shauna will also be supporting our efforts to stay at the top of our game when it comes to sharing fresh, educational content to help customers get the very most from their Microsoft investment.
