Sales Agents requires Copilot Studio license. Estimated cost is £161.49 per month for 25,000 messages. Sales Close and Research Agents are in 'Preview' by Microsoft. Can be enabled in Test, but not recommended to use in Live. Sales Qualification agent can be deployed live (Feb 2026). Adds 1 week to standard implementation
