Aden + Anais carries a full line of eco-friendly baby products made of soft, breathable, natural muslin. Today, aden + anais has brought the legacy of muslin together with fashion-forward design to create a line of products that are as stylish as they are useful, and as simple as they are beautiful.

aden + anais started out with a stand-alone, internally built web store. The funcationality, however, was more IT-oriented than business-oriented, and content was difficult to maintain.

With products ranging from swaddling wraps, sleep sacks and bedding to blankets, bibs and changing pad covers, optimising content management was vital for the business.

They wanted a solution that would link to their Dynamics NAV environment and allow their business teams to maintain web store content directly in the ERP.

Fully integrated and easy to manage

Partnering with Sana provided the ideal solution, as Sana Commerce integrated seamlessly with Dynamics NAV to offer both a dealer portal for B2B sales and a retail web store for consumers.

Thanks to the smooth exchange of business information from Dynamics NAV to the web store, all of the most important information regarding both products and clients could be pulled directly from Dynamics NAV.

The business teams at aden + anais were able to manage the store’s identity, content, product descriptions, images, related items and more right in the ERP.

Efficient order fulfillment: 20 times faster

Thanks to the addition of a new B2C consumer web store and a B2B sales portal, aden + anais is now able to provide customers and retailers with a clear online overview of all products and availability. As a result, the process from order to shipping has been fully automated.

Order intake — a process that used to cost hours — now only takes a few minutes. Furthermore, as Sana Commerce is able to manage multiple Dynamics NAV installations in a single database, aden + anais can easily launch more stores worldwide in the near future.

They didn’t have a web store for their Canadian market before, but since signing on with Sana they have been able to launch a Canadaian web store for a limited audience.
