Graduate Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant

The successful candidate will undertake a Microsoft Dynamics Solutions Business Analyst Level 4 apprenticeship course which will last 18 months. You will attend in-house classroom sessions, learn on the job, as well as attend a residential course every 6 weeks. During that time you will develop technical, business, project, interpersonal and behavioural skills and knowledge along with the role specific skills required.

You will learn about the specific ERP systems by joining our support team to provide first line assistance to clients operating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP business systems. You will also rotor around the company to gain experience and exposure to potential areas of the business that you have the acumen and ability to move into.  This is a junior role, but typically, successful candidates will progress to a more senior support roles and then through to on-site consulting roles within 2-3 years.

Principle duties

  • Answering and logging calls and emails regarding system issues and assigning the correct priority, obtaining and logging the information needed.
  • Providing first line assistance that leads to the successful resolution of cases.
  • Working with second line support and the consulting/development teams to reproduce the issues and determine the cause then communicate the actions needed to allow speedy resolution.
  • Communicating the status of outstanding cases and the plans for their resolution.

The person


  • A minimum of 5 GCSE’s, Grade A* - C, including Maths and English.

  • Ideally a Business orientated degree but other degrees considered

    Please note: You are not eligible if you currently hold or are working towards a qualification at the same or higher level in a related subject or have already studied content from the qualification for this scheme.
