Delivered! is the only fixed price approach for implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central, specifically for small to mid-sized distributors and wholesalers.
It’s also a full ERP business solution covering finance, sales order processing (SOP), purchase order processing (POP), inventory and warehousing. It’s not a finance-only solution unlike many others available elsewhere.

You can even manage business interactions with your customers and vendors, directly in Microsoft Outlook – the tool you already use each and every day. You can create and send financial documents, such as quotes and invoices, and see financial data related to customers and vendors, on your mobile device and without ever leaving Outlook.
No. Dynamics 365 Business Central implemented using the Delivered! methodology is only available in the cloud.
No changes can be made to Dynamics 365 Business Central using the Delivered! implementation approach. There are some configurations options around key business processes but no development changes can be made.
Additional capabilities can be added to the initial implementation in form of our Extra Packs for Integrated EDI, Integrated Barcode Scanning, eCommerce via Shopify Integration, Landed Costs and Extended Reporting.
Once you have been up and running for a few months, and really got to know Business Central and how it works in your business, you can kick-off a Phase 2 implementation to further extend and customise the solution for your specific business requirements.
The budget and timescales for Delivered! rely on both Tecman and you (as the customer) committing to an agreed project plan and associated activities. If both parties complete all their responsibilities as per the project plan, the timescales will be met.
We’ll also be working alongside you every step of the way to make sure nothing is missed or misunderstood. The initial Delivered! Onboarding course also lays out exactly what needs to happen, by whom and by when, plus top tips on how to avoid the common pitfalls of ERP and business software implementations.

Yes, an active Microsoft 365 (previously known as Office 365) subscription for all users is essential so you can take advantage of all the great Microsoft integrations with Outlook, Teams and Excel.
You’ll also need reliable broadband connectivity as you would for any other cloud-based software.
Yes. Dynamics 365 Business Central is licensed on a per named user, per month basis. Most people sign up for a minimum contract period of 12 months, with 24 month and 36 month subscription periods are also available. Once the contract period comes to an end, you can choose not to renew the subscription.
There is also a option to pay for Business Central monthly with no contract period. However this typically costs an additional 20% extra.
Yes. You can add Dynamics 365 Business Central users at any time. You can only remove Business Central users at end of your contract period. Most customers sign up for a 12 month contract, so you can only remove users at the end of that 12 month period.
The Delivered! implementation costs are paid for in 4 equal payments over the 4 month implementation period. If you choose to implement Clever WMS Devices and one other Extra Pack and, as a result, your implementation period extends to 5 months, the implementation costs will be split over 5 payments.
The Dynamics 365 Business Central and Extra Pack licences are paid for as required and the Cloud Control managed service is only paid for once you have gone live.
